Sub-1GHz ISM transceiver approved in Europe, US and Canada

They have FCC certification for use in the USA and IC approval for use in Canada, as well as all European approvals "reducing the complexities OEM’s can face when submitting their own products for certification", said the firm.
LPRS eRIC9AC

Based around a Texas Instruments CC430F5137, the odules provide an intelligent radio sub-system with RF transceiver, RF band pass filters, an MSP430 microcontroller, 32kbyte of flash storage, a temperature sensor, and a low drop voltage regulator. All in a 15 x 20 x 2.2mm surface mount package. AES 128bit encryption is built0in for secure communications
The core runs an operating system called eROS, and there is spare capacity for user code. Spare I/O pins alow that code to control external circuits.
LPRS will give the modules their first airing at Motiv8 Technical Forums (see below), in Cambridge on October 15th or Oxford on October 20th.
There will be a demonstration of a wireless sensor system which simulates humidity, temperature and PH for data collection using transceiver and an Arduino.
Motiv8 Technical Forums focus on the technologies around power, power management, sensor technologies, IoT, M2M and wearables. They provide a day of social networking and follow a format of specialised presentations and workshops with a supporting exhibition area.
Free to attend, parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included.
LPRS product range now includes; Raspberry Pi and Arduino Shield wireless platforms, antennas, wireless key fobs, a range of sensor products, wireless products from Circuit Design and the IQRF range of wireless mesh networking components for telemetry, industrial control and building automation.
